Recommendations and Guarantee (Materas / Wood Bases).

Avoid using chemical solutions, solvents or abrasives as these cause damage to the product. The pots/Bases could change color if they have excess water.

The warranty for the TuMatera line of “Wooden Mats/bases” is 3 months for manufacturing defects (Joints or structure). The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, alterations, adaptations, violent acts, misuse or mistreatment. The warranty does not cover incorrect handling of the product. Irregularities in the appearance of the wood are not grounds for warranty.

NOTE : *The inventory of the Online store may vary with respect to the stock at points of sale. *Delivery times may vary depending on the quantity required.

The transporter may request the presentation of the printed purchase receipt and identification document to the person authorized to receive the merchandise.

Please note that according to the Terms and Conditions: The delivery service does not include climbing stairs, elevators or scaffolding, nor is the transporter allowed to dismantle doors or windows or install the product. Unless this is previously contracted directly with tumatera.

In the event that the product arrives damaged, beaten, scratched, peeled or missing parts, it should not be received by the authorized person. In this case you must contact us through the TUMATERA Customer Service line. The person authorized to receive the merchandise must fill out the shipping guide of the transport company and the Tumatera check form, with name, signature, fingerprint, number ID document, date and time of receipt.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES.

• Returns of the product will not be accepted if it is used or was planted, or it is demonstrated that the product defect actually comes from any of the circumstances mentioned in Article 16 of the Consumer Statute. In that case tumatera.com is exonerated from all liability under the guarantee.
• Products that require manufacturing such as the Cement and Sheet Metal Materas lines, returns are not accepted.
• In case of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which they received it. The transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the good will be covered by the consumer. The maximum term for returns will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the product.
• To avoid inconveniences, it is very important that upon receipt of the purchase you check the good condition of the products before signing the delivery note. This will avoid future inconveniences and will also help you make use of the warranty (if any). Your name, signature and document number at the time of delivery will be a sign of agreement upon receipt.
