Recommendations and Warranty (Lighting Pots)

Before planting the plant, verify that the pot is protected by transparent plastic. This is to prevent it from getting damaged and dirty. After planting the plant, remove the transparent paper and clean. To plant the plant it is important to place a layer of small stones and then a layer of soil for the desired height of the plant. This is to prevent the drain hose from becoming clogged. The best way to clean polyethylene pots is to apply a soft cloth, silicone spray for automobiles in order to protect the surface and prevent deterioration. It is important to clean the product once every six months if it is outdoors and once a year if it is indoors. Avoid using chemical solutions, solvents or abrasives that cause damage to the product.

The warranty for the line of illuminated polyethylene pots is 2 years for color defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, alterations, adaptations, violent acts, misuse or mistreatment. The warranty does not cover incorrect handling of the product. Improper handling of the machine at the time of the company and its damage is not a cause for warranty.

It is normal for the Remote Control Battery to run out, the warranty of the internal lighting device is not covered in case of voltage fluctuations, electrical storms and/or you have used another type of charger.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES.

• The return of the product has not been accepted if it has been used or has been planted, or it is demonstrated that the defect of the product comes from the characteristics named in Article 16 of the Consumer Statute. In that case tumatera.com is exonerated from all liability under the warranty law.
• In the event of a withdrawal, the consumer must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which they received it. The transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the good will be covered by the consumer. The maximum term for returns will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the product.
• To avoid inconveniences, it is very important that upon receipt of the purchase you check the condition of the products before signing the delivery note. This will avoid future inconveniences and will also help you make use of the warranty (if any). Your name, signature and document number upon delivery are displayed at the reception.
